In the spacious house you will find on the first floor a cozy living room with TV and air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, a very large dining area, a sheltered, glazed terrace with stunning views, and a half flight downstairs 3 comfortable double bedrooms, all newly air conditioned, 2 modern shower rooms and an additional separate toilet.
You will find everything that is necessary for a perfect holiday.
Have breakfast on the terrace and enjoy the great view, treat yourself to a refreshing swim in the private pool and a break on the sun beds.
The barbecue area next to the pool and covered terrace guarantees wonderful summer evenings, enjoy the last drink on the terrace, overlooking unique sunsets and finally the lighting of the area.

The house is located in the quiet urbanization "Els Olivars" in Pau, but in a few minutes you can reach long sandy beaches or coves, Mediterranean atmosphere, hustle and bustle, many restaurants, just about anything you need for a memorable holidays.
Pau is located in the northeast of Spain, in Catalonia, about 5 km from Roses and 7 km from the nearest beach. In the municipality of Pau you will find olive cultivation and wine production. The grapes and olives are processed in the local cooperative "Empordàlia". The wine comes under the Denomination of Origin Empordà Costa Brava and the brand name "Sinols" in the trade. The olive oil is sold under the name "Oli de Pau".
Recovery and relaxation are granted. But in a few minutes’ drive you can find such popular resorts like Roses, once a mere fishing village, from which due to its beautiful location and the unique environment over the years an important holiday resort has developed with his fishing port, a modern marina, long beach promenades, many quaint shops and restaurants. The great citadel, which includes Greek ruins, as well as the Trinidad castle on the other side of the town are signs of the importance Roses had a few centuries ago.
The sports offer includes not only all the water sports, there is also the possibility to hike, to ride a bike, or play tennis. Golf courses are also within 20-30 minutes and even parachutists get their money’s worth.
