The project, currently under tender, endeavors to provide continuity and the promenade of Roses incorporating this important area of 6800 m2 . The proposed arrangement extends from the entrance to the fishing port in the area of shipbuilding, parallel to the sidewalk, and the current fish filleting plant and its planned extension in the short term. At the height of the shipyards are planned a series of ramps and stairs to communicate the passage for pedestrians in the port.

The introduction of a new system of street lighting, trees lined the promenade, illuminate both the sidewalk and the new promenade, thus incorporating this new space to all routes, also at night, make seafront of Roses . The necessary furniture (benches, railings, planters ....) complete the development.

The works envisaged in this project will be conducted in four phases, according to the characteristics of each building. Thus, the first phase will consist of the roof of new buildings built in the spring of banks, which will be followed by the building of the plant filleting. The third phase will focus on the core access ramp with stairs and the southern end of the promenade and, finally, will be the renovation of the lighthouse side of the road.

The group will perform works on an area of 6863 m2 and has a budget of € 923,000, the amount that the city will finance 50% with Ports of the Generalitat of Catalonia, according to the agreement signed recently.

Once this project will add to the preparation of the car park and walk to the beach access Palangrers, which will begin in a few weeks, and the space of the old sewage seafood currently in the process demolition and subsequent adaptation for use in the first instance as a zone of stay.

Finishing these projects, all of them short and medium term, the seafront of Roses is almost entirely resolved, pending facing the section that runs from the Rambla dels Ginjolers municipal marina, occupied largely by a surface parking.
