The event will begin with the presentation of the representatives of the agents involved in this project and the intervention of a great reference in the culinary world: Ferran Adrià. In addition, there will be a series of awards at restaurants affiliated to the Seal.

This will be the first event hosted by the Gastronomic Classroom of Roses, one of the winning projects of the participatory budgets of 2018 which, executed by the Area of ​​Urbanism and managed by the Area of ​​Economic Promotion of the City Council, was born to put in value the world of the fishing and the gastronomy rosinca and empordanesa. In addition, there will be the delivery of awards to restaurants affiliated to the Seal.
