Roses begins the spring with 26 appearances in media specializing in statewide tourism
Although these campaigns in the state tourist markets have been carried out continuously for some years now, the pandemic and the importance that the local visitor has acquired at the present time - as could be demonstrated during the summer Roses, with a drop in French tourism but an increase in Catalan and national visitors, have motivated the City Council to intensify its presence in the media in these areas. This strategic line has given good results, reaching a total of 351 appearances in 101 media during the year 2020.
Now, with the arrival of spring, Roses continues and promotes this promotion and continues to arouse interest as a destination of reference on the Costa Brava. During the month of April, the two communication campaigns carried out by the specialized agency RV EDIPRESS, resulted in a total of 26 appearances in regional and state media.
On this occasion, the main attractions have been the hiking trails of Roses, aimed at enhancing the natural spaces, and the Wine Show and the relationship of Roses with wine tourism. The appearances have taken place both in media specialized in travel (Turismo en la Red, Los Viajeros, Foto Viajes, LaSexta / Viajestic, Enredando and Trotamundo 10), gastronomic (Vinos y Caminos, Gastroystyle, Indisa, El Correo del Vino, Vinetur and Cuisine), lifestyle (Hoy Magazine, Urbanitas Magazine), as well as sectorial (Hosteltur, Top Turisme).
These media have allowed Roses to be present in markets such as the Community of Madrid, the Valencian Community, Castilla-La Mancha, Castilla-León and the Balearic Islands, as well as continuing to strengthen the Catalan local market.
