The Economic Promotion Area of ​​the Roses City Council has already made public the dates for the 2023 edition of the Ruta de les Tapas. From March 17 to 26, 2023, Roses will once again be a gastronomic festival, offering the large audience attending a very wide range of tastings of DO Empordà dishes and wines, with which the restaurateurs of the town show year after year their good know-how and the excellence of Rosin cuisine.
